In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of Pluxee, providing strategic guidance to senior management (Executive Committee, Global and country teams) and key stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives, and inspiring change across the organization.

This role presents a unique opportunity to discover Pluxee business model, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners and gain invaluable exposure to its broader organization.

You will report to the VP Strategy.

Your main missions:

The strategy team is organized on a project basis. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of one or several projects in the following areas:

  • Market analysis and insight generation: structure and conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic priorities, synthesize into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic planning process: structure and oversee end-to-end strategic planning process, from formulation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners as needed; develop frameworks, methodologies, and tools to facilitate strategic decision-making and resource allocation across the organization.
  • Performance management: structure and develop performance metrics and dashboard in partnership with Finance to track and monitor progress of strategic objectives, ensure accountability and course correction as needed.
  • Strategic project management: lead and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new market expansions, from inception to implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, work in close collaboration with the Acceleration team to ensure timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment around strategic priorities, communicate corporate strategy, initiatives, progress, and outcomes effectively through compelling presentations, reports, and executive updates to the Excom, the Board or the market in support of Investor Relationships. You will also coach more junior team members and help them grow.

  • Master’s degree and/or M.B.A from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy or a strategy consulting firm, preferably with experience in the technology/payment or B2B2C industry - additional work experience in a large multinational group is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, anticipate market trends, see the “big picture”, identify opportunities, translate insights into actionable strategies and deliver sustainable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and modeling.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary, international teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and mobilize stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analytics and visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; French and/or other European languages are a plus.
