CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SURVEY SOLUTION DEPLOYMENT H/F

  • Within a Central Team managing a Facility Management contract with a Key Sodexo Client,
  • work with the key account Digital Lead to help deploying a digital solution for employees feedback in more than 140 sites in 65 countries.
  • Be the key contact for all site facilities leads and help them organising the communication and physical deployment on site.
  • Stay connected with solution product owners (Marketing Team) to ask solution adaptations and enhancements.
  • Work with Business Intelligence team to adapt live reporting.Issy Les Moulineaux

  • Send data templates to all site stakeholders

  • Work with Sodexo Consumer Experience team to prepare software platform configuration, data loading and QR Code provisioning

  • Feed Communication Team to help preparing the right material

  • Manage communication with Region Leads and main site leads to validate timelines and commit on Go Live dates NOTRE PROPOSITION : VOTRE APPORT :

  • Master 1 or Master 2, Marketing Communication

  • Fluent English

  • Very good communication skills

  • Experience in Digital Projects (at school or in internship)
