Shift Manager, Bordeaux

  • Bordeaux
  • Frogpubs

The FrogPubs group has been around since 1993, when we created one of France’s first microbreweries on the rue St Denis in Paris. Today we run ten bars and restaurants, with seven breweries, employing 360 people and generating around 20M€ of annual sales. Our beers are best-in-class, as measured by over 50 medals won to date in major international brewing competitions. We all work together to achieve our common objective, which is to make our monthly operating profit targets, by serving great products with rigour and memorable enthusiasm, to happy customers in safe, comfortable and clean environments. We do this by implementing our « we care” values, and by looking after our teams, who work, learn and grow in a transparent, honest, fair, ambitious and respectful environment.

Your principal goal as a Shift Manager at The Frog & Rosbif in Bordeaux will be::

  • Ensuring that every guest leaves happy
  • Implementing our ‘we care’ values, in terms of customers, the team, and the pub
  • Training, motivating, and developing the team
  • Hitting your targets for sales, margins, staff costs, and operating expenditure
