You will collaborate with Alstom's various sites, mostly in France and Europe.

Within the validation team, you will participate to confirm compliance of train functionalities and performances to customer requirements, quality and safety policies. You will learn every day.

In order to support the growth of the Saint-Ouen Rolling Stock Validation activities, Alstom is looking for a Train Validation Manager.

Mission : You will lead the validations activities for the train level, from tender to start of commercial services.

You will be in charge to ensure : Process implementation Test procedures and reports delivery Test execution Ensuring the timely issue of the validation proves

You will manage train validation team (up to 15 team members) You will be interface with all Alstom metier from design phase to production phase and with customers

Profile : You have a Master's degree : Engineering, Physics, Project Management, or others You have 3/5 previous years experience in validation and/or testing team, preferably in the railway industry You have demonstrated test organization capability and have knowledge of planning tools You have ideally knowledge of railway standards & regulation Y ou are able to manage work package You are rigorous, have a sense of initiative You have experience in team management, multi-metier and multi-site, including internal and external stakeholders You are fluent in English

This role require frequents travels in France and abroad.
