VOTRE QUOTIDIEN CHEZ NOUS :

  • This role will be responsible for the co-ordination and distribution of the key reports, both financial and quantitative, needed for Sodexo to track and manage it’s retention performance. This includes liaision with group financial reporting to ensure that all the correct information is gathered and then compiling that into the necessary reports that need to be shared. Examples would include performance year to date, including breakdown by both region and global segment, of how much business has not been retained and the performance against target.

  • Specific use of the following tools will be needed, training will be given as needed:

  • Salesforce CRM

  • Salesforce partner tools used for relationship mapping

  • Microsoft Power BI reporting

  • Microsoft Excel (intermediate / advanced)

  • Reporting that could be considered:

  • Monthly losses of retention with analysis on reasonDistribution to regional management teams and global support functions

  • Tracking of activities completed by our retention specialists (in c.30 countries)

  • Trend analysis of risk by country, global business division and overall

  • Highlighting of gaps in reported activity against expected delivery / content NOTRE PROPOSITION :

  • Analytical and able to compile reports from base numerical data
  • Detail orientated to ensure that the information is a correct representation of business performance
  • Good planning skills in order to give business partners the requests, and the information needed, in a timely manner
