Maintain accurate financial records, including managing AP/AR functions. Engage in customer outreach to manage collections accounts. Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate appointments and meetings as required. Monitor payment statuses and follow up with customers. Driven to make a difference and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team. The Profile Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience working remotely. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Google Apps such as Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory. Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You have at least 2 years experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry. You have working knowledge of Quickbooks, Google apps, Handle inbound calls, Maintaining financial records and Managing accounts payable/recievable You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard The Employer Our client is expanding our team and seeking individuals proficient in property accounting, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
