Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Strategic Supply Chain Vision:
  • Develop and execute a robust supply chain strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Leverage your automotive experience , especially from a tier 1 supplier, to optimize our supply chain operations.
  • Launch and Ramp-Up Expertise:
  • Drive successful product launches and facility ramp-ups.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new lines and facilities into our supply chain network.
  • Financial Acumen and Business Culture:
  • Understand the financial implications of supply chain decisions.
  • Foster a culture of cost-consciousness and payback analysis across all positions.
  • Business Building and Process Design:
  • Demonstrate your capability in building and structuring supply chain entities.
  • Implement a systemic approach , structuration capacities, and efficient process design.
  • Challenge the Status Quo:
  • Be a change agent! Identify opportunities for improvement and challenge conventional practices.
  • Drive innovation and agility within our supply chain ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage mid-to-large teams (20-30+ people) effectively, you must have experienced this in your current or previous positions.
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower your team to achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Logistics , Business , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly in the automotive industry (tier 1 supplier experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and relevant software.
  • Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A track record of successfully challenging conventional thinking and driving positive change.
