Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are looking for an HR manager! You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. :

  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. :

  • Must able to navigate team culture. :

  • Must have already worked in a full remote setup of min 50 people :

  • Very well traveled (lived abroad at least spent 3 years abroad in more than 2 countries) :

  • Perfect English communication skills :

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

  • Create and edit job criteria and descriptions.

  • Analyze jobs and tasks to compile job specifications and goals.

  • Publish job openings on the right employment boards and prepare promotional materials.

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks..
