Senior Legal Counsel - Ict Law

As part of the group legal team, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of legal matters for Enea and its different business units.

Position Overview

• Drafting and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements (NDA, license agreement, distribution, software development, support and maintenance agreements ) on a global basis;
• Advising stakeholders both at a group head and business units levels;
• Performing analysis and regulatory monitoring (at EU, US and international levels) especially in electronic communications law, data protection, commercial law;
• Dealing with external providers (law firms ) and regulatory authorities;
• Analysis of pre-litigation matters and follow-up on litigations with external law firms;
• Providing support in M&A activities, especially through the performance of due diligences;
• Dealing with basic matters in corporate law.

Education and experience

• Master in laws, with specialization in information and communication technologies law;
• 6 to 8 years of experience, ideally in the software industry;
• English fluent (written and spoken), ability to draft and negotiate legal documents in English;
• Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage
