Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and awesome Guest Relations - Concierge to join our team at Château de Pommard. This role reports directly to our Concierge Manager. Your main mission will be to meet with guests and provide outstanding customer service to them, all with a cheerful personality that makes our clients feel great. If you are crazy about the Burgundy Wine Region and love working with international clients from all over the world, this might be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day
  • Book Tastings for guests and collect all necessary information (contact details)
  • Manage online and telephone reservations, provide Tastings overviews and answer questions
  • Settle the cash register, including compliance with the procedures for opening and closing the day, week, month, and year
  • Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
  • Be an ambassador of Château de Pommard and guarantee an excellent level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Hospitality, Guest Relations or equivalent degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Concierge, or similar role
  • Experience with reservations system and Customer Relationship Management software
  • Fluent in French and English. Speaking and writing another language is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with people of different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of and strong interest in the Burgundy Wine Region
  • Eye for detail and passion for customer satisfaction
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and "get it done” mindset
