Your role & mission**: As part of the Manufacturing department - test division, you will carry out or coordinate standard tests on the refueling stations products and enable the continuous improvement of the manufacturing test phase.

Your main responsibilities :

• Testing | 40% of the time
• Preparation / Planning | 20% of the time
• Quality / Continuous Improvement | 20% of the time
• Engineering Support | 20% of the time

Your scope & daily tasks :

• Prepare plans and procedures for the test phases
• Verify and validate the integration of the systems
• Carry out the FAT according to the obligations of the contract signed between the customer and McPhy
• Lead the feedback from the tests to the refueling Stations’ design office
• Participate in the development of McPhy products
• Participate in the continuous improvement of McPhy products in collaboration with the QEHS department and the design office

Your profile :

• Engineering education (BAC+5) - Mechanical, R&D or Materials engineering school or equivalent
• Knowledge of technical products (Stations & Electrolysers)
• Good computer skills (Pack Office)
• Fluency in English and French
• Experience of test and validation protocols
• Knowledge of industrial risks (ATEX risks, electrical risks and pressure equipment risks)
• Interest in hydrogen energy and the McPhy business
• Interpersonal skills

• Start possibility: january 2023

• Remuneration: package consisting of a base salary with a bonus

• lunch vouchers (8€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)

• 75% reimbursement of public transport

• Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
