Sales Operations Coordinator

Mission of the position : Maximise the RBUs Sales Performance through the Nissan Europe Marketing & Sales strategy and processes

Main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Facilitates the sales processes and activities between Nissan Europe and RBUs

. Acts as key contact for RBUs on the main following : . Quarterly review : leads the pre-QRM reviews for 50% of the RBU's and ensures the implementation of action plans post-QRM

. Sales Monthly review : leads Agenda & PPT to ensure efficient meeting and minutes follow up

. Sales/volumes planning, forecasts and reforecasts : Follow up and propose TIV per market changes for BP and reforecast

. Customer Order trend (COT) and Customer order bank (COB) : Proposed & Follow up orders target to achieve requested retail and COB by model country - includs sales channel granularity

. Network performance : assist in defining the processes implementation, drives the achievements of results and plans monitoring at RBU level (market share and quality)

  • Ensures that the RBUs challenges are raised and considered as part of the NE Marketing & Sales challenges and during the appropriate meetings ensures the link between NAE and RBUs
  • Ensures coordination and liaison with CMMs/Marketing DVP Europe
  • Assist in Securing Business Processes at RBU level
  • Ensure reporting and follow up with RBU on LTS & Stock target achievements Self registration, and Phygital process.
  • Lead communication and follow up for NML sales men contest

Main contact with Cafe team in term of VIN pare VIN per Country achievement

Additional Job Description :

  • Assist in ensuring the operational efficiency at organizational level: deploiement of "Core Business" processes, supporting Corporate Sales processes (out of stock fleet...),..

. Assist in ensuring support on main projects : SMIT, UVMS, Dealer Margin & VME, etc.

  • Assist in Organising all funtional reviews with the RBUs
  • Assist in coordinating R&O and follow ups on their reportings
  • Collect and check all CAFE data coming from RBU and transfert them checked to "Cafe OPD team"

Job Requirements : Great Excel and Power Point skills

Experience in Data base management

Experience in Microsoft Access is a plus/advantage

Competency to manage, analize and report data

Automotive industrial experience is a great plus
