Your responsibilities and tasks : We are looking for a new colleague in our Excellence team in the LPT Division.

You will be part of a group of experienced colleagues, that are supporting globally LPT entities in their area of responsibility.

The offered position will concentrate on activities to support LPT entities in the implementation of a major LPT’s performance improvement initiative: Mission 26 Engineering (M26E).

This initiative is about getting the right engineering systems and associated business processes to support the LPT’s strategic plan (Mission 2026) for the next years.

Your focus will be:

• Act as an internal Project Manager to develop and lead some of our activities within M26E.
• Drive business processes definition and document / maintain them in the LPT Project Process House.
• Roll-out business processes across the LPT Division.
• Support LPT entities for implementation of business processes and for continuous improvement.

Initial priority : Plant 3D (Autodesk) and data management from PID to ERP.

Location : The employee can be based in different LPT entities, preferably in Europe. Travels are requested.

Language: English is the daily working language.

Software: good experience of CAD tools, ideally plant 3D (Autodesk).

Your profile and qualifications :

• Strong operational background in Engineering.
• Ability to lead and structure actions for Engineering Excellence across our division.
• Network catalyst / ability to work as a support for operational entities across LPT.
• Appetite for “business processes”.
