EXPLORA LANGUES is a language school based in Nice for over 25 years now. We are a family business. Our approach is based on trust, transparency and work.

We deliver English, Italian, Russian and French face-to-face lessons for adults and teenagers from 16yrs+. .

We are looking for an Experienced English teacher willing to become an active member of our team on a long-term basis for our office based in rue Gioffredo, Nice . You will have to conduct mostly face to face lessons, but you need to be able to also conduct conversation classes or 1to1 videoconferencing lesson if needed.

Your expertise on teaching adults will give you the ability to prepare and execute your lessons from beginner Pre-A1 to B2+/C1 level. Your dynamic, enthusiastic and professional behavior will motivate your trainees and will also help build the team spirit at Explora Langues.

You will have to follow our own methods (grammar, levels tests, online portal) and most of the time share your students with another member of the team to give dynamic English training.

Your schedule of work and planning of rooms is done by our administrative team on a weekly basis.

Your Mission:

• Teach high-quality English one to one lessons face to face or by videoconferencing
• Teach English for specific exam (TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL)
• Be able to evaluate, analyze the needs of your trainees and organized your lessons
• Follow our grammar program & manage our online portal tool

Compulsory requirements :

• All applicants must have a native level of English or equivalent (C2 level)
• EU Passport/Valid working Visa/Carte de séjour
• Fluent in French (B1) to teach beginners
• TEFL/CELTA or equivalent
• Experienced with adult language learners (5-years minimum)
• Experienced in one-to-one teaching
• IT skills : good knowledge of Windows (email, internet, etc.) and videoconferencing system
• Experience in teaching TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL will be really appreciated

Contract:

We are offering a full-time contract based :

• 35h/week
• 30 days holiday a year + 5 “jours mobiles”
• Salary: 2150 €/month gross
• Health insurance (Mutuelle)
• Ticket Restaurant 9,5 €/ticket
• Profit Sharing
