Business environment

Working hands in hands with the Commercial Business Units, the CPS – Creation Platform & Shared Services – organization is in charge of making the Amadeus Creation Platform a reality, by providing the required development tools and the reusable technical and functional components that can be combined to build new products. In its transversal role, and by mandate of the CTO, CPS also has the company wide mission to provide a set of shared services (Technical research, Innovation, Architecture expertise, methodologies…) to strengthen Amadeus technical leadership position, to generate efficiencies and to foster staff engagement, within the Engineering Community and beyond. Purpose

Under the supervision of the Head of CPS VP office, support the decision making and the execution of strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance monitoring tasks; drive improvements and conduct studies to ensure the efficient functioning of the CPS organization and the VP's leadership team. Key accountabilities

This role encompasses: Strategic planning and direction

Supporting the definition of the long-term objectives and OKRs for the CPS organization in collaboration with Business Units (TTI, AIR, TRD, HOS), seeking alignment and consistency. Driving or contributing to improving organizational processes and top management decision making (e.g. business travel recommendations, better meetings recommendations, gender equity evolution) Operational management

Coordinating the preparation, organization of VP's leadership regular meetings and ad-hoc workshops (e.g. OKRs definition, stakeholders management improvement…) Following-up on action items from meetings. Organizing the VP office core team (regular meeting to pilot the VP’s agenda, with relevant stakeholders in other units: communication, budget,…) Coordinating the preparation of VP's leadership team visits in regions and sites worldwide. Activity monitoring

Consolidating and regularly publishing KPI dashboards for performance monitoring, including metrics related to stability, security, quality, budget, P&C (People and Culture), and other pertinent aspects. Coordinating and consolidating quarterly business reviews for the organization, Supporting the preparation of TTI SPR and ExCom sessions for a subset of TTI OKRs (e.g TSI invention submissions, explored innovative use cases with Budget lines, contribution to conferences). In charge of the monitoring and some CPS specific OKRs To achieve her/his mission, the candidate also supports the Head of VP office to ensure smooth relations with counterparts in Business Units and other entities and to acts as the central point of contact for cross-functional subjects with other entities.
