Main Responsibilities

Distributor and dealer after sale service support:

  • After sale service contract review and negotiation;
  • Regular visit and communication for after sale service issue;
  • Refund reconciliation;

After sale service center repair support:

  • Service providers authentication and contract review, negotiation;
  • Service repair TAT and Repair quality management;
  • Service center repair related technician support;
  • Service center compliance checking and measure;

Spare part:

  • Responsible for overall spare parts business management;
  • Samples management (receiving, package, delivery, etc);

Consumer issue support:

  • Crisis and end user complain handling;
  • Hotline issue support;

Requirements

  • Be able to work under pressure and be target oriented;
  • Good English and French, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to work flexibly, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Positive and proactive approach to work;
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
  • Adapts communication style and works effectively across multiple functions and sites;
  • Has after sales service industry or operation management experience at least 1 year.
