Mission and main objectives : This Product Planning role will support Nissan Connected Car Services (CCS) development for AMIEO region.

The main responsibility of this role is to ensure competitiveness of connected services in the region on all European vehicle line-up (PCs and LCVs) by defining a mid-to long term strategy.

Your main tasks will include : Study and forecast values for new connected services in the Europe region, aligning values cross-functionally (Regional Product Managers, Overseas Planning Directorates, Pricing Team) and working closely together with our Global Counterparts Align, adapt and maintain the vehicle adoption plans for CCS and related technologies, respecting Global & Regional CCL policy/guidelines. CCS checklist alignment with RPMs before the milestones. Benchmark infotainment, HMI (human machine interface) and connected services across automotive competitors and help set direction for development of future services and upcoming CCS generations

Analyze the voice of the customer using different tools : SBD reports, offboard customer data, NCBS, MI/TCS reports, ALS/PQALS studies, [C] reports and vocalize voice-of-the-customer for Europe Region towards Global counterparts Act as a regional expert and a go-to-person towards S&M and other functions for future CCS generations. Support cross functional activities and product launch events (Training material, marketing platform, Cross Car line forums, motor show events, etc.)

Background and experience : University Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics. A focus on the automotive industry would be an advantage. At least 4 years of working experience on product planning and market trends analysis within the automotive services world A good understanding on connected services or automotive infotainment Proven project management skills, with a clear methodology to ensure a relevant coordination and follow up with the teams Strong English communication skills both written and verbal Good financial acumen and analytical skills An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office tools, advanced MS Excel capability is a strong advantage Presentation & communication skills to engage and influence with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers Be positive, collaborative and transparent when working with others in a team, Be able to independently research and analyze information from multiple sources
