Your main mission is to Implementation of international social media strategies, monitoring of group subsidiaries and our platforms in order to grow and engage TRACE fan communities around the group's products and services.

Social Strategy & Content

  • Assist the Head of Social Media in the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated budget across campaigns and channels.
  • Assist the Head of Social Media in working collaboratively with Trace teams across business units to develop and execute creative ideas, plans, strategies, and guidelines
  • Assist the Head of Social Media in leading the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
  • Work with our graphic designer teams, agencies, publishers, platforms (directly and indirectly), and other partners with the goal to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative social media marketing plans that connect with customers, maximize engagement and create sharing, talk value, and advocacy.

Paid Media Lead

Assist the Head of Social Media in planning and managing campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope.

  • Development of the launch plan, retroplanning and editorial calendar of sponsored campaigns on the social platforms
  • Hellp and support the clusters and business units launch their own paid local campaigns
  • Monitoring of sponsored campaigns for clusters and platforms, and reporting
  • Monthly follow-up with the clusters, sharing of best practices and recommendations

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Support clusters and business units in analyzing and measuring their performance on social networks
  • Creation of reporting dashboard and social listening to evaluate campaigns
  • Follow technological and behavioral developments on social networks

Assist the Head of Social Media in developing partnerships and productive working relationships with program development teams, talents, influencers, publicists, showrunners, and other related stakeholders to build/leverage networking opportunities and integrate them into strategic and tactical planning.

Assist the Head of Social Media in managing external agencies and publishing partners as necessary for that which we cannot do internally.

Are you an expert in the digital world and new technologies, and you've got a excellent knowledge of the Internet and social networks ?

Are you on the lookout for new trends in entertainment, pop culture, social media and content ? Have you got contacts in the music industry and a very good musical culture?

Are you a good communicator and have good writing skills ?

  • Languages: Fluent English essential.
