Responsibility :

  • Define the global tracking strategy of Ecommerce Website and Mobile app, producing tracking plan, specs and checklists for local teams
  • Follow-up closely the integration and train local teams on best practices in tracking project management (how to work with product and dev teams)
  • Provide extensive support on key tracking projects (server-side tracking, GA4 migration, testing automation)
  • Provide support to local dev teams during implementation phase
  • Ensure the analytics tools are well set-up (property and view levels for GA) and adapted for local teams usage
  • Identify key insights from local analysis to diffuse best practices or feedback to improve conversion
  • Share best practices in CRO project management (how to work with product and UX teams)
  • Help countries define core KPIs to focus on and build the best reporting templates
  • Help countries build the best dashboards, focusing on core KPIs

Requirements :

  • Min. 3/5 years of experience in Digital Analytics in complex realities
  • Extensive knowledge of Digital Analysis tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Content Square, Google Tag Manager
  • Web & Mobile app tracking expertise (writing, testing and project management) and especially in advanced analytics topics (server-side tracking, GA4 migration, testing automation tool such as Observe Point/Seenaptic)
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis, CRO and A / B Testing methodologies
  • Team spirit and problem solving mindset
