Business Process Principal IT Retail (France)

General Description : Your tasks & responsibilities :

• Support Goodyear's Franchise partners to use Goodyear's own Point of Sales solution for Tire Fitters, Garages and Car Service stations
• Maximize customer satisfaction in processes or systems through efficient and effective interaction as well as collaboration with all stakeholders
• Align internal and external partners on the further development of the solution with a focus to define standardized processes
• Work in an international team with multiple stakeholders to maintain and enhance Goodyears international solution

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Alternatively, 4-6 years' work experience in the field of IT Business Software
• Experience and knowledge in project management.
• Experience with small sized ERP solutions, preferable Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central will be an asset
• Experience with Retail, preferably in the automotive industry, is considered a plus
• Collaborative and customer oriented, experienced in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, flexible, enjoying challenge and bringing new ideas forward
• Well-rounded professional, working in a structured and organized way
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel in European Europe(max 20-30 days per year)
