Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with Ringover's business objectives and growth strategy. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, and industry influencers. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop a comprehensive alliance strategy. - Create and execute joint business plans, defining mutual goals, objectives, and success metrics. - Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. - Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts. - Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to align partner initiatives with overall business goals. - Coordinate joint marketing and sales activities to drive pipeline and revenue growth. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships. - Regularly monitor and report on the performance of alliances, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your profile: - Minimum 3 years of experience in alliance management or business development within the SaaS industry. - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. - Track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships. - Fluent in English Additional Information: - This role is strategic and sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales. - The position requires charisma, a well-rounded individual, and a natural networker. - The role is based in Montrouge with significant travel involved.
