Key pillar of this strategy is “Move For Good” program for which you will be responsible,at global level."Move for Good" is a global sustainability & Business program enabling Edenred transport and mobility clients to mitigate their environmental impact and accelerate their transition towards decarbonated mobility, while promoting the preservation of biodiversity.It is structured around 3 pillars:Measure and reduce emissions through the switch to less carbon-intensive mobility options (such as electric or bioethanol vehicles, shared/soft mobility solutions…) and the promotion of more sustainable mobility practices (eco-driving, fleet maintenance, …)Offset remaining emissions through third-party certified projects, such as avoided deforestation, or methane recovery.Raise awareness among our community with access to the best knowledge, resources, and support in their transition to Greener MobilityAlready operational in some European and Latin American countries, this program is deployed by Edenred globally.Edenred would like to accelerate on the development of this program, and therefore is looking for its global Manager (this is a new position) This person will be in charge of : Defining the Program’ ambition, strategy (including key initiatives) and Business planDefining our global positioning and narratives for external stakeholdersCo-designing Program’ go-to-market per country, with local business teamsOrchestrating implementation, especially with Product & Tech teams, and sharing best practices across countriesOwning Program’ P&LLeading program evolution overtime, especially driving innovation’ roadmap in collaboration with Product TeamsStrengthening the carbon accounting for ourselves and for our clientsThis person will work with a vast ecosystem of internal stakeholders (ESG and Sustainability department, Local business teams, Product&Tech, Strategy, Finance, Public Affairs / Legal, Communication, Marketing etc.), and external stakeholders (clients, corporate sustainability solutions providers etc.) This person will report to the Strategy & Development Director MobilityYOUR PROFILEProfessional experienceRequired : minimum 10 years of working experience, in General management or Program management roles, in international environmentPlus : experience in carbon measurement and sustainable development, experience in strategy consulting, experience in the Mobility Industry (OEM, OilCo, EV, ..)Education : Master of Science, Master of Business Administration or equivalentMain skillsProgram leadership in a context of a large digital, cultural and business transformationTransverse management track recordStrategic thinking with ability to translate vision and ambition into a data-driven strategy leading to actionable initiativesExperience in working with Product&Tech teamsBusiness plan design and monitoringGo-to-market, marketing and salesCommunication skills – ability to engage and motivate internally and externallyPassion for carbon reduction activity and for sustainable mobilityUnderstanding of Carbon emission analytics and voluntary carbon marketLanguages required: fluent English, other languages appreciated (esp.
