Position Job Title: HR Systems Specialist - Time & Attendance (WFS) Location: Open across Europe, home based Contract Type: Permanent

  • JOB PURPOSE Join our team as an HR Systems Specialist focusing on Time & Attendance, where you will leverage your expertise in cloud time management solutions (preferably WorkForce Software) to optimize our processes and system. Your role involves operational support, continuous improvement of the platform, and working collaboratively with vendors to enhance system functionality. You'll translate user demands into actionable solutions with WFS and provide second-level support to users. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly influence a newly implemented system, ensuring its success and efficiency. JOB DIMENSIONS & SCOPE As a key member of a virtual, Europe-wide team, you'll report to the HR Transformation Director of Amcor Flexibles EMEA Business Group and engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and implementation partners. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Address and escalate system-related errors in the Time & Attendance domain.
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR/HRIS stakeholders to interpret business needs into system functionalities.
  • Engage with vendors in Release Management.
  • Monitor and support new projects and country rollouts with gathering requirements.
  • Design and conduct training sessions.
  • Maintain and update system documentation.
  • Assess the impact of updates on the broader HRIS infrastructure.

MAJOR CHALLENGES & COMPLEXITIES

  • Nurturing a newly implemented system requiring elevated support.
  • Working under ambiguity and pressure.
  • Collaborating effectively in a virtual team setup.
  • Translating functional requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.

EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Time & Attendance Software (ideally WorkForce Software or UKG, Kronos, ATOSS).
  • Experience in end-to-end Time and Attendance processes and system configuration.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and SuccessFactors HRIS.
  • Experience in full-cycle time management system implementation(s), data management and basic analytics is an asset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
  • Experience in HR business process design, workshop facilitation & requirements gathering, training & change management is highly beneficial.
  • Fluent English.
  • Good communication skills with ability to simplify technical details for varied audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with wider, complex organization.
