Grand Lyon Site recruits a Business Analyst.

Data are getting more important every day. The Business Data Analyst collect, organize and interpret statistical information to help colleagues and direction use it to make decisions.

The position holder by his or her knowledge on all data within and outside Grand Lyon drastically increase the environment intelligence of Grand Lyon. By collecting and interpreting these data, he allows sharp and quick decision to steer the activity.

His or her fields include Human Resources, Production, Supply, and Quality.

Main responsibilities :

• Collect, organise and interpret information to build:

• monthly dashboard on HR, Production, Supply and Quality

• Flash report that would be distributed outside Grand Lyon

• Guarantee by his or her reports that Direction has enough visibility to:

• meet financial, HR and performances targets

• anticipate major distruptive events

• Be a strong support of Business Process Excellence team to collect and interpret information for continuous improvment initiatives

• Bring different perspective for problem solving initiatives. One of the key levers should be external data from Grand Lyon. A strong connection with headquarter will be needed

• Frame collection of non financial data to prepare, monitor and interpret annual budget exercice

• Present in front of major stakeholders during critical annual review and projects relevant information associated with Grand Lyon

• Build and monitor innovative data repository coupled with Business Intelligence tools (as Power BI) to facilitate easy use of data intelligence

• Highly regulated. Significant technical/operational risk due to increasing legal and regulatory complexity. Accountable to global regulatory authorities

• Être promoteur de la culture HSE du site en participant aux formations, analyses de situations à risque et accidents et en proposant des améliorations

• Être acteur des initiatives environnementales du site et participer à l’amélioration des pratiques environnementales de son secteur

Recquired profil : Minimum Education/Degree Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required in data management or Engineering degree
• Advanced degree preferred.

• Strong analytics abilities (.xls), able to draw insights and priority from large set of data
