  • Part of the design and management of a global MGallery and Emblems communications plan including (launch of the brand campaign, hotel openings, new offers, press trip, etc.)
  • Monitoring MGallery & Emblems reputation & e-reputation
  • Brief and coordination of international communication agencies (Press/PR, Influence earned, Copywriting and graphic creation)
  • Writing and distribution of press releases, management of press files and influence earned
  • Coordination of content production in collaboration with MGallery marketing managers
  • Participation in the creation of communication toolkits and guidelines for hotels
  • Participation in the writing of language elements
  • Co-organization with brand teams of events, press launches (collaborations, openings, etc.) in coordination with regional marketing directors and the different departments (Social Media, Internal Communication, operations, hotels and partners, etc.) with a 360 vision for a performance objective
  • Management of earned journalist and influencer requests (in coordination with social media teams)
  • Support MGallery brand campaigns by aligning on the key media selected for paid media investment, in collaboration with the e-commerce teams
  • Regional support for marketing directors, collaboration in the development of local PR plans (particularly in France, the brand’s first feeder market)

The position is on a global scope, reporting to the VP Marketing MGallery. Approximately 10% of the time will be dedicated to the Emblems brand.

The MGallery & Emblems PR Senior Manager works in close collaboration with the PR Director. For all topics related to earned influence, they will be discussed and validated by the SoMe and Influence director. Qualifications Studies : +4/5 after highschool graduating from a business school, university, Celsa,ScePoe with Communication specialisation

Required professional experience: minimum 5 years of experience in Communication and PR professions With very good knowledge of the issues of media relations, influence and brand social networks (influencers, journalists, KOLs, etc.). Experience in the travel and/or luxury industry is a plus.

Qualities & skilles required : Tourism and luxury expertise, actively monitoring trends

  • Very high editorial quality
  • Team spirit and agility to successfully complete several simultaneous projects
  • Curiosity, listening skills and analysis linked to the strategic challenges of brands and the industry
  • Ability to coordinate different markets and adapt to different cultures
  • Spirit of synthesis and pedagogy to decipher, simplify.
  • Very good mastery of presentation tools (Office Pack and Adobe Suite)
  • Languages: Fluent French and English essential
