What does a typical project look like in your new team?

  • Ensure a smooth customer experience for all users of Creaform products and technologies.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and advise current customers on the effective use of their service programs as well as their future needs regarding the service offering.
  • Follow-up and advise potential customers on our portfolio of service products.
  • Forecast and track sales.
  • Contribute to the management and follow-up of major accounts for specific proposals.
  • Ensure the daily management of sales, order entry and customer management in the CRM (quote development, opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, credit investigation, customer creation, etc.).

Some aspects that will facilitate your integration at Creaform

  • You have a sales-oriented attitude;
  • You have a good team spirit and collaboration;
  • You are bilingual in French and English (German is an asset);
  • You have good organizational skills with a methodical approach;
  • You have customer experience in the metrology or manufacturing industry;
