POSITION TITLE : Leasing Analyst

REPORTS TO : Leasing Manager

LOCATION : Paris, France

PURPOSE : Manage leasing activities and track project deliverables by utilizing the established reporting tools within the Siterra Lease Management System. Works with various functional departments to ensure proper project management and support of the lease life cycle from initial negotiation to lease execution and management throughout the entire lease term.

FUNCTIONS :

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer contracts and pricing guidelines so that customer agreement specific fees and pricing are properly inserted into lease agreements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with customer contacts; resolve issues quickly and accurately with a high level of customer service
  • Project manage the leasing process with all related functional teams, including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sales
  • Maintain daily updates, project plans, and schedules
  • Prepare all tenant leasing documents for execution including license agreements, amendments, and memorandums as required
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied throughout the lease process
  • Review and abstract tenant agreements for key business terms required to ensure lease compliance, generate tenant billing, record appropriate financials
  • Review and identify key business terms for tenant leases on acquired sites
  • Audit lease documents to validate billing or payment history, identify necessary billing or payment adjustments, complete paperwork to support these changes, and communicate results of analysis
  • Enter key lease data points and billing and payment information into Siterra, ensuring abstracted values are accurate and the process is timely
  • Ensure data accuracy of all lease data captured in lease administration database
  • Administer calculations of revenue share payments, volume discounts, and anchor tenant discounts
  • Manage key lease dates and financial terms including, but not limited to, rent commencements, lease expirations, renewals, rent increases, and tenant discounts
  • Review workload reports and/or trackers to identify and prioritize assignments
  • Review exception reports and program outputs to ensure lease data fields are accurate
  • Identify and review exceptions with peers and escalate to manager as necessary; offer ideas for resolution to correct exceptions and prevent recurrence of issues
  • Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wireless communication industry and/or real estate
  • Bilingual French/English is required
  • Demonstrated mastery balancing multiple tasks with high flexibility and rapid response time
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
