Tasks

  • Research, write, and edit engaging and informative newsletters on climate, materials, and sustainability-related topics, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with our brand voice
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential suppliers and brands of regenerative materials to support our sustainable business initiatives
  • Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for sourcing, promoting, and integrating sustainable materials and practices into our operations
  • Monitor industry trends, news, and developments in climate and materials, providing insights and recommendations for our business and product offerings
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and partnerships in the climate and materials space
  • Assist with the development of marketing and communications materials related to our sustainability efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding

Requirements :

  • You genuinely care about and deeply think about sustainability, material innovation and/or climate (a specialization in the domain is a plus)
  • You are fully fluent in English; (French is a significant plus; add. languages welcome)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing newsletters, articles, or other content on sustainability-related topics
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, concise manner
  • You choose action over antagonisation, and believe in the power of human ingenuity to rise up to challenges
  • You are about to graduate (or just did), and looking for fast-growing learning opportunities that are both strategic and operational
  • You enjoy learning about new topics, absorb information like a sponge, and are able to condense your learnings swiftly.
  • You have high standards in thinking and communicating clearly. You display and expect clarity in ideas, plans and actions.
  • You like to get sh*t done, and understand that nothing ever created is perfect, and that action + momentum > perfection
  • You have worked in a startup / lean environment before; and you take initiatives and thrive under less structured organisations
  • It’s a plus if you happen to be in Paris (or keen to relocate); otherwise we are committed to building a remote-first team, and we will just need to be sure to do the most stringent carbon removal after the regular in-person team gatherings
