We are currently Recruiting for an Office Manager

  • Organizing office layout, ordering supplies, managing subscriptions
  • Organizing reception and logistics for office visitors (including training events),
  • Managing the office supplies and ensuring the office environment is cleaned and maintained,
  • Dealing with ad-hoc administrative and legal requests.

Finance

  • Issuing sales invoices, checking payments received and following up overdue invoices
  • Processing accounts payable: Initiating payments for approval by the Director
  • Liaising with the accountant for completion of management accounts,
  • Working with CSL Finance Director on specific projects and queries,
  • Be the main point of contact for all day to day banking activities.

Administrative Tasks

  • Managing the payroll with the accounting firm,
  • Managing staff: Occupational health, health insurance, days off, organizing staff training,
  • Assisting the project team with the preparation and shipping of goods,
  • Coordinating with the director and lawyer regarding HR administration and documents,
  • Managing staff travels and expenses,

Prerequisites

  • Education: Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or Legal
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience (preferably): 2 years in Office Management or Executive Assistant
