Your role Join us as our HR Sustainability Analyst and play a vital role in driving social impact within Symrise's Sustainability agenda. In this dynamic fixed-term position, you'll step into the shoes of a crucial team member while a colleague is on maternity leave. Your responsibilities will be diverse, challenging, and deeply meaningful, making every day a rewarding experience.

Your main missions will include:

  • Leading Social Sustainability Reporting : You'll take charge of consolidating critical data points for the social aspect of our Sustainability Reporting Standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your liaison skills will shine as you collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather necessary data, ensuring our reporting meets the highest standards.
  • Active Participation in Key Projects : Dive into the heart of our initiatives, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive project. Your insights and contributions from an HR perspective will be invaluable as you monitor progress and ensure our social objectives remain on track.
  • Involvement in HR Systems Enhancement : Participate in configuring and testing our new HRIS system, Workday, contributing to its optimization and seamless integration within our operations.
  • Driving Internal Sustainability Initiatives : Be a driving force behind internal HR sustainability projects, ranging from promoting living wages to facilitating corporate volunteering and donations. Your involvement will directly impact our corporate culture and community engagement efforts.
  • Supporting Reporting & Analytics : Assist the Reporting & Analytics team with internal requests, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to provide accurate and insightful data.
