Job Description :

  • Develop and execute a development strategy for maintaining and growing our in-house consumer panel
  • Responsible for coordinating the International Business Line panels (recruitment teams in France, UK, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Italy)
  • Increase consumers participation rate
  • Liaise with other business teams in recruitment support, incentive management and research operations
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams and IT to create tools and processes which eases panelist experience
  • Manage the production and execution of panel analytics reporting; monitoring and gathering of data indicators; interpreting and recommending actions based on findings
  • Coordinate the execution of scheduled panel health and growth maintenance tasks, quality processes and engagement activities
  • Create and distribute panel communication including newsletters, portal content and social media
  • Liaise with local partners to promote our brand awareness
  • Keep up with market development and competition

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Marketing-Communication preferred
  • Data Analysis or Market/Consumer Research Industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in panel development and /or digital, social media marketing
  • Confident communicator with excellent English & French languages, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Fast to learn
