At Accor Contact Centers, we aim to create value for our hotels by engaging satisfied guests and by increasing revenues through our Reservation services. Our Contact Centers offer the possibility for our guests to book any hotel, anywhere, anytime, in the guest’s language of preference, all year round.

Our Contact Centers Central team in Paris is looking for new talent! In our Strategy team and reporting to the Head of Pricing and Hotel Relationship, your role will focus on building a relationship of trust with our 5000+ hotels worldwide, understanding and anticipating their needs.

YOUR MISSIONS

Build and strengthen hotel relationships

  • Steer & Follow-up the integration of new hotels joining our network, ensure an efficient and smooth onboarding
  • Act as the main contact person in all matters relating to the hotels and regions’ needs, ensuring that Contact Centres meet the promise at each hotel level.
  • Streamline operational processes (contract update, invoicing, etc.)

Build a strong knowledge of the hotels

  • Build a knowledge strategy for Contact Centres in order to “approach” the hotels, making sure that each hotel’s knowledge is up to date and well transferred to the centers.
  • Identify critical areas of improvements of our bad performers, and coordinate the action plans with Operations team

Growth project

  • Expand our Contact Centres service to new markets and brands

Qualifications : PROFILE

Education & Experience

Graduated in higher education, you have a first experience in hospitality sector.

Skills : Advanced communication and relational abilities

Bilingual in English and French, another language is a plus

You like numbers

Ability to adapt to multi-cultural environments, to understand local specificities

You are hands on, and enjoy getting into the heart of the matter
